Session Process
- To schedule a session of The Collective Consultation, click on the Request Consultation tab and submit the required information on the form. All information is considered confidential and will be used only for the purpose of the service you are purchasing. A phone number is requested solely for the purpose of alternative contact in the event of emergency or internet failure. You will only be contacted by phone in the event of such occurrence, and only for the purpose of rescheduling your session.
- Once your request form has been received, you will be sent two emails; the Terms of Service Agreement, and an invoice for your session.
- When we’ve received your completed Terms of Service Agreement and processed your payment successfully, we’ll then send you another email for the purpose of scheduling your session of The Collective Consultation.
